FemmeBasics mesh is an 82% polyester, 18% spandex knit, fully transparent and unlined, sewn in Colombia. Our lace is 78% nylon, 22% spandex and semi-sheer, with skin visible between the flowers. Femme X mesh and fishnet pieces are One Size and curated by FemmeBasics.

Is sheer lingerie the same as mesh lingerie?

Mesh is one kind of sheer fabric. Sheer also includes fishnet, tulle and open lace. Everything here is see-through to some degree.

Does mesh lingerie stretch?

Yes. The 18% spandex content gives four-way stretch, so mesh pieces fit closer than the size chart suggests. Order your usual FML size; do not size up for mesh.

How do you wash sheer lingerie?

Cold, gentle, in a mesh bag, then air dry. Never put mesh or fishnet in the dryer.
